The GAXSN factory located in Anhui porvince and was established in 2019 and covered an area of 37000 m2 with a total investment of 280 million RMB. The factory is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and application promotion of water-based additives such as defoamer, wetting agent, dispersant, anti-corrosion and anti-mold agent, thickening agent, multi-functional additives, and so on. At present, it has achieved a full range of applications in architectural coatings, waterproof, industrial coatings, water-based ink, water-based color paste, adhesive and other industries. The factory product positioning is stable, green, difference; Since the plant has been put into operation, we have mainly done two things: Internal system construction, including production, procurement, orders, quality control process, and ISO certification, including quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system,
The whole factory of GAXSN is designed and built in accordance with the green Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing factory. The whole plant is mainly divided into six functional zones: Living area, production area, storage and transportation area, raw material tank area, empty barrel stacking area, rain pollution emergency treatment area.
There are 2 workshops in the factory, Class C defoaming workshop and Class A synthesis workshop, with a total production capacity of 250, 000 tons.
